Appointments:
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email and let us know the most convenient day and time for you. Other than our normal office hours Dr. Ghiz is always available should you have a dental emergency.
Insurance:
We work with all PPO insurance companies (no DMOs nor HMOs). Shelby, our office and financial manager, is very familiar with the dental insurance industry and "electronically" submits all claims on the same day of service.
We submit, models, x-rays, photos and treatment narratives when necessary in order to expedite and maximize your benefits and reimbursement.
Financial:
We will do everything to make the treatment you need and desire affordable through various payment methods. For those who require major dental care, a complete treatment plan with fees will designed with an appropriate payment schedule.
Cancellations:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if sufficient notice is not given and certainly if the appointment is totally missed. We realize there are unforseen circumstances that arise out of our control and will happily work with you.
