We are proud of our state-of-the-art facility to deliver the highest quality care available. We strive to preserve our patients well-being and improve their "quality of life". Our office meets and we believe surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We strive to meet or surpass your expectations through our caring staff and technology. For example:

We are equiped with:

Triple filtered water purifying system to all our water delivery systems in our office.
New wireless digital x-ray system (90% radiation reduction).
Digital photography that can be viewed on a 26" chairside monitor/television.
Digital head, neck and tempromandibular joint (TMJ) imaging.
3D Cone Beam Imaging to now see in 3 Dimension!
Digital intraoral scanner to scan teeth in replacement of conventional impressions.

Appointments:

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email and let us know a convenient day and time that fits your schedule. Other than our normal office hours Dr. Ghiz or a colleague iwould always be available should you have a dental emergency.

Insurance:

We work with allPPO insurance companies but not DMOs nor HMOs. Zjaye, our office and financial manager, is very familiar with the dental insurance industry and "electronically" submits all claims on the same day of service to ensure rapid reimbursement.

We submit, models, x-rays, photos and treatment narratives when necessary in order to expedite and maximize your benefits and reimbursement. When dealing with Orthotic (TMJ) and especially "Sleep Apnea" appliances we utilize MEDICAL CODES to optimize therapy coverage.

Financial:

We will do everything to make the treatment you need affordable through various payment methods. For those who require major dental care, a complete treatment plan with fees are designed with an appropriate payment schedule.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient in need of the time. A fee may be charged if sufficient notice is not given and certainly if the appointment is totally missed.
